Submission of the 2025 Application Form will let us know which event(s) you'd like to participate in:
- Summerfest Vendor Day - Sunday, July 20, 2025 from 11am - 4pm
- The Great Townie Pumpkin Festival - Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 11am-4pm (Rain Date Sunday, October 5, 2025)

For anyone who has been a vendor with us before - this request form replaces the email process of years past. Please do not send your application/request through email.
PLEASE NOTE: Sending us your information is NOT a confirmation of registration. If selected as a vendor, you will receive an email with a link to complete your registration form and pay for your space(s). A separate email may be sent for each event in which you are accepted.
If you register for an event without receiving written permission to do so via an email from the Carousel Office, your registration fee will be refunded and you will not be allowed to participate in the event(s).
NONPROFIT INFORMATION
If you are a nonprofit - Please be prepared to email a copy of your tax exempt certification if you are selected. Nonprofit spaces are extremely limited and we ask for confirmation of your status to provide you with a space. There is a limit of one (1) 10x10 space per nonprofit. This policy applies to new and returning nonprofit organizations.
