2025 Carousel Vendor Application

Please fill out the form below to be considered for a vendor space at either or both of the Carousel's 2025 vendor events!

Vendors are approved on a first come, first served basis, so get those responses in! If you are selected to vend at either or both of this years events, you will receive a link to register for the event which is able to be completed 100% online and paid with a PayPal account or a debit/credit card.

If you apply for two events and are only provided a link for one, you have only been accepted to the event for which you have the link. If something changes and we are able to accept you for the second event, we will reach out to confirm that you are still available.

For those that have participated in one of our prior events:

This form replaces the written request AND email registration link you have used prior to 2023. Vendors will still be approved on a first come first served basis. The Carousel Office will send an email stating that you have been approved to vend the event(s) listed in the email. If you have any questions about this process, please contact the Office by emailing carouselclerk@eastprovidenceri.gov.

We cannot guarantee that you will be the only person selling a particular item, but we do our best to ensure that every approved vendor has the best chance possible to do well at our event(s).

Description of Inventory

PLEASE BE A SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE! Anything you will be bringing to the event(s) MUST be listed here. If you are selling something that is not listed on your original form (or as amended and approved by the Carousel Office) you may be asked to remove it from your table for the duration of the event.

Adjectives are VERY helpful in differentiating vendors who may seem similar on paper, but are, in reality, quite different! Ex. "sublimated tumblers" is a clearer description than "tumblers".

Vendor spaces are 10'x10'.

Food trucks/stands will be contacted regarding their size and spacing needs.

By checking this box I acknowledge and understand that stakes of any kind are not permitted at Crescent Park. Tents, signs, etc. that require stakes will not be brought to or installed at any event in Crescent Park.
