Please fill out the form below to be considered for a vendor space at either or both of the Carousel's 2025 vendor events!
Vendors are approved on a first come, first served basis, so get those responses in! If you are selected to vend at either or both of this years events, you will receive a link to register for the event which is able to be completed 100% online and paid with a PayPal account or a debit/credit card.
If you apply for two events and are only provided a link for one, you have only been accepted to the event for which you have the link. If something changes and we are able to accept you for the second event, we will reach out to confirm that you are still available.
For those that have participated in one of our prior events:
This form replaces the written request AND email registration link you have used prior to 2023. Vendors will still be approved on a first come first served basis. The Carousel Office will send an email stating that you have been approved to vend the event(s) listed in the email. If you have any questions about this process, please contact the Office by emailing carouselclerk@eastprovidenceri.gov.
We cannot guarantee that you will be the only person selling a particular item, but we do our best to ensure that every approved vendor has the best chance possible to do well at our event(s).
